Steak Fajitas

Makes:

2 Servings

Ingredients

•1 lb Flank Steak

•1/2 Red Onion; sliced

•1/2 Red Bell Pepper; sliced

•1/2 Orange Bell Pepper; sliced

•1/2 Yellow Pepper; sliced

•2 TBSP Butter

•1 garlic clove

~Seasoning:

•2 TBSP Cornstarch

•4 tsp chili powder

•2 tsp Italian seasoning

•2 tsp salt

•2 tsp paprika

•2 tsp Chicken Bouillon powder

•1 tsp onion powder

•1/2 garlic powder

Preparation

•In a small bowl; mix together the Seasoning.

•Sprinkle Seasoning over Flank Steak

•Slice Onion and Peppers into slices.

•In a Large Cooking Pan or Skillet; melt Butter and add Garlic, stir together.

•Add in the seasoned Flank Steak.

•Cook Steak until all sides are browned; once browned, push to one side or remove and set aside.

•Add in Peppers and Onions, stirring occasionally. Cook until just soft, then mix in the Steak.

•Sprinkle on a little more Seasoning, Stir, Cover and Cook for 5 minutes.


Serve on Warm Corn Tortillas and your Favorite sides.
