Santa's Trash Cookies
Makes:
36 Cookies
Ingredients
• 2 cups Vegetable shortening
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 small eggs or 2 medium eggs
• 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 5 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup M&Ms
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup coarsely crushed pretzels
• 1 cup coarsely crushed potato chips
• 1 Cup Rice Krispy cereal
• 1 Cup Walnuts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F
-In a small bowl whisk together the flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
- Cream together Vegetable shortening and Sugars.
- add in Eggs and Vanilla mix till combined.
- Mix in Flour mixture.
- Mix until everything is well combined.
- Add in all the other ingredients to the bowl, don't mix until all the other ingredients are in.
- Fold the ingredients into the dough, just enough to incorporate them
- Scoop cookies onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Allow to cool a few minutes on the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
- approximately 35 large cookies, depending on what size scoop is used.
