Makes:

4 Servings

Ingredients

• 1 lb Ground Beef

• 1/2 Cup Seasoning

• 1 Cup Bread Crumbs

• 1/2 TBSP Salt

• Oil for frying

~Seasoning:

•2 TBSP Cornstarch

•4 tsp chili powder

•2 tsp Italian seasoning

•2 tsp salt

•2 tsp paprika

•2 tsp Chicken Bouillon powder

•1 tsp onion powder

•1/2 garlic powder

*Mix together, store leftovers in a Airtight container.

Preparation

• In a medium sized Bowl; mix together ground beef, seasoning, bread crumbs and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

• Add oil to a frying pan; heat up on medium heat

• Scoop out with a Ice cream scoop or 1/3 Cup, make Balls and place on a Sheet lined with Foil, leaving 3 inches between each meat ball.

• Continue this with all the ground beef mixture.

• Press down gently on each ball to create a meat patty.

• Add meat patties to the heated oil; cook for 8 min, gently flip with tongs and cook for another 8 minutes.

• Check internal temperature, cooked when internal temperature reaches 160°F - 165°F.

• Remove from frying pan, place on a plate lined with paper towel to remove access grease.


Serve Hot with Mashed Potatoes and Corn Medley.
