Fried Rice

Makes:

4 Servings

Ingredients

•1 TBSP Butter

•2 Cups frozen Peas & Carrots; thawed

•1/2 Onion; chopped

•1 garlic clove; minced

•2 eggs

•3 Cups Cooked Rice

•1/4 cup Soy sauce

Preparation

•On a Skillet on medium high heat; melt butter and add in chopped Onion, minced garlic, peas and carrots. Cover and Cook for 3 min stirring once.

•Add Eggs and stir

•Add Cooked Rice and Soy sauce, combine all the ingredients.

•Cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Serve Hot.


Goes great with Honey Garlic Pork
