Corn Chowder

Makes:

4 servings

Ingredients

• 5 Bacon slices; pieces

• 1 onion; chopped

• 3 medium potatoes; cubed

• 1/4 cup butter

• 2 cups water

• 2 cups milk

• 2 cups corn kernels

• 1 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp pepper

• 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Preparation

• In a large pot; fry bacon pieces. Add onion, cook until translucent

• Add butter, potatoes, water, milk, and corn. Stir, cover, and cook for 25 minutes on medium heat. Add in salt and pepper.

• Mash potatoes in the pot with a potato masher

• Add cheese, stir, and ENJOY!

*pairs great with garlic naan bread
