Cocoa Cookies
Makes:
40 Cookies

Ingredients
•5 Cups Flour
•3 cups Sugar
•1 cup Cocoa Powder
•1 tsp Baking Powder
•1 tsp Baking Soda
•1/2 tsp Salt
•1 Cup Margarine or Butter, melted
•1 Cup Hot water
•1 1/2 cups Milk
•3 Eggs, beaten
•3 tsp Vanilla extract
Preparation
-Pre-heat oven to 350°F, prepare Baking Sheet lined with parchment paper.
-In a Medium size Bowl, add; Flour, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt. Whisk together, combining all Dry ingredients well.
-In a Separate Bowl, add in the rest of the ingredients; Mixing until well combined.
-Start combining the Dry Ingredients to the Wet ingredients; mix in half the Dry Ingredients first, mix until all Flour is incorporated.
-Continue mixing until all the ingredients are combined, making sure to scrape the bottom of the bowl to insure all ingredients are mixed.
-Scoop Dough onto the Prepared Baking Sheet, Ice cream scoop works great.
-Bake Cookies in a Preheated oven at 350°F (175° C) — for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the size of the cookie. For chewy cookies, allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 3 to 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
