Banana Bread

Makes:

2 Loafs

Ingredients

•1 Cup of White Sugar

•1 Cup Brown Sugar

•1/2 cup butter, softened

•2 eggs

•4 Bananas, mashed

•1 Cup Buttermilk

•2 Cups Flour

•1 tsp Baking Soda

•3/4 tsp salt

1 Cup Walnuts

Preparation

-Pre-heat Oven to 350°F, Prepare 2 Loaf Bread pan with Parchment Paper or spray to avoid sticking.

-In a Large Bowl, Cream together Sugars and Butter.

-Next add in the Eggs, mashed Bananas and Vanilla extract, mix well.

-Next mix in the Buttermilk

-Continue by adding the Flour, Baking Soda and Salt, mix until ingredients are well mixed.

-Fold in the Walnuts, just enough to incorporate.

-Pour batter into the prepared baking Pans, divided equally by the 2 pans.

-Bake for 40-50 min, until internal temperature reaches 205°F.

-Remove from Oven, leave in the baking pan for 20 min. Transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.

Cut as desired, store in a Airtight container in the Refrigerator.
